In past times, and by past times I’m speaking as close as five years ago,
executing background checks was hard and costly. As a private detective,
I bill anywhere from $200 to $550 for an unproblematic background check.
I was forced to go to great lengths and aggregate the information from
multiple networks. This is no more the case. As a matter of fact, the
people at present have access to the equivalent data as private
detectives have.

You are able to ascertain data some civil and others criminal
versions on the databases you’ll come across. Many are more
thorough than others. A few allow for unrivaled searches on a particular
set of criteria while others permit you to execute limitless
searches.

You would like to seek internet sites that offer up bottomless searches
upon an all-encompassing range of measures. The grounds being, you could
not recognize what data you actually want. Whenever you execute a
rudimentary background check upon a pay per seek basis and ascertain
data that you would like to expand on, you would have to pay up to
research that data.

Some other things you would like to bear in mind is the manner in which
civil and criminal record books are saved in the United States of
America. Criminal records are saved on a county base not a state base.
Whenever you would like to do an all over background check, you’ll want

When I was in High School I had a great friend. I hung out with this person everyday! That person moved during my senior year. Unfortunately, this took place long before the internet, text messaging, cell phones, and email. Because of this it wasn’t long before we lost complete contact with each other.

That was then. Now there are literally hundreds of ways of finding friends from the past. As a private investigator I used to charge $500 for one of these simple people search background checks. I want to give you the tools you need to perform your own people search. Hopefully, you will be able to find that long lost friend.

The first thing you can do in your search for that lost friend is to simply visit Google. Did you know that Google is more than just a search engine to find websites? Google can be used to find phone numbers and do reverse phone number searches. It can also be used to find people.

How does Google work in a people search? When you enter a name in it gives you the results of every website with that name on the website. Granted, you will get a lot of incorrect searches. A search for “Steven Clark” would return results for every Steven Clark. Because of this, Google should only be the first step you try in your search.

If Google returned to many results, the next thing you want to try is myspace. With myspace you can search for people by name. You can also search by zip code if you can’t remember the person’s last name.

The biggest obstacle to using myspace to perform a people search is finding women. When women get married they change their last name. Chances are, you do not have this information. Myspace might help you connect with friends who know the person you are looking for.

The next and most successful way to find some one is to search local records. This can be tricky, but it doesn’t have to be. If you know the person’s full name, you should be able to search local records to find them. Even if you are searching for a woman that is married you will be able to find marriage licenses.

You can search local licenses at the county courthouse to find most of the records you are looking for. You can visit the county tax assessor to find if the person owns property.

These tools should get you pointed in the right direction to finding that long lost love. People searches of this stature are one of the toughest investigations to perform. If you are unsuccessful at first, don’t give up. Even us professionals spend hours on one investigation.

I have made it easy for you to search local records from the comfort of your home. You can find more information at my website at http://anonrecovery.com/detective

The simple fact is, there are no nationwide criminal searches available, at least not to the general public. Search the internet and you will find thousands of companies offering nationwide background checks. I am here to tell you that it is simply not possible.

To understand criminal records we have to understand how they are kept. The FBI can access any criminal record they want. We, the general public, do not have access to this information. If we cant use the FBI’s database, how do we perform these searches?

We must perform these searches on a county by county basis. That’s right. Most criminal records are kept at the county level. If I need to find out if my girlfriend has a criminal record, I have to go to the county she lived in to access the file. If she lived in five different counties, I have to go to all five counties to access the records.

The good news is that most county records are available online. Most counties and states have criminal and civil records available. The trick is finding them. When searching for a county courthouse try to only visit sites that have a .gov extension. You do not want to go to a dot com where you have to pay a fee.

The problem you are going to have is finding all past addresses so you can do a complete criminal search. You don’t need a nationwide criminal search. You only need to search the areas where your subject lived. Once you have the addresses, you have everything you need to complete your investigation.

You can find the past addresses and search the criminal records of each county by visiting http://anonrecovery.com/detective There you will be able to perform unlimited background checks.

Most people could use a background check on some one in their lives. You might have a new boyfriend or girlfriend. You might have a new neighbor or roommate. You might even have a new employee. What ever the case background checks are a great way to help you know that person in your life a little better.

Private investigators charge anywhere from $150-$500 for a simple background check. I know. I am a private investigator. I have made a very good living running background checks on people. Now, I am going to give you the power to perform your own checks by giving you the basics in this article.

The first thing you obviously need to perform your check is the person’s full name. There is a 99% chance that you already have this information. This is your basis for everything. That want hard was it?

The next thing you want to find is the person’s address(s). This is a significant yet easy piece of information to find. With an address or two you will be able to uncover a multitude of records. During your check, you will want to look for a criminal past or a past lawsuit. Having an address history will get you access to the counties the person has lived in. This is huge. All records you are concerned with are kept on a county by county basis. Find those counties and you find the records! There is a great resource at the end of this article that lets you find all addresses with very little information.

You then want to obtain the person’s date of birth. Date of Birth is going to be used to verify the identity of the person so you know the records you are oulling are his. There might be two Jack Frosts that lived in the same county. You need the date of birth to verify which person is your subject.

This is really all you need to perform an in depth investigation into a person’s background. Not as flashy as you thought is it? Information is easy to find if you know how to find it.

You can easily complete your background investigation at
http://anonrecovery.com/detective You will be able to run unlimited background checks to find the information you need.

With the advent of so many great technological advancements over the past decade, the criminal element of society has been able to thrive. Before modern technology, thieves had to break into your house to steal your possessions. In today’s world, thieves merely need to find information about you and use your identity to steal from others.

One of the biggest draws of theft among criminals is the ability to use some one else’s identity to steal from others. With your identity in hand, a criminal can easily purchase merchandise from a retail outlet or website. 1000s of credit cards are issued to criminals in the name of their victims’ everyday.

It is much easier to get away with a crime while hiding behind a mask. Identity theft criminals use the average law abiding citizen as their mask. This allows the criminal the opportunity to steal under the disguise of you. When it comes time to arrest the criminal, it is difficult because the criminal looks like you; at least on paper.

The internet is one of the most widely used tools used by criminals to carry out theft. A criminal can send you fraudulent offers via emailor redirect you to a malicious website posing as a legitimate website. If you give any personal information in these cases, your identity will be stolen.

Identity theft is a serious problem worldwide. Nearly every transaction you make will be via debit card or credit card. We are inputting our personal information all over the internet. For most people it is not “if” they become victims of identity theft, it is “when”. There are steps to take to ensure you reduce your chances of having your identity stolen. Below are some key things you can do to keep your identity safe.

Reduce the amount of credit cards you carry with you.

The more credit and debit cards you carry the better chance you have of losing one. Try to only carry the necessary cards you need. Carry one debit card and one credit card if you can.

Beware of Restaurants

We sit down and eat our meals. We then do something none of us would ever do in any other situation. We give our credit cards to a person we have known for less than an hour and let them keep that card for 5-10 minutes. Any dishonest employee can write down your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. With a little investigating on their part, they can find your zip code. Armed with this information, the waiter can become you on paper stealing your identity.

Use credit cards for online shopping.

Do not use debit cards when making an online purchase. This doesn’t stop identity theft, but it does protect you. If fraudulent charges are brought up on a credit card, you have protection from having to pay those charges.

Protect your Social Security Number

Only give your SSN to people you trust. It is best to never give your SSN over the internet. If you are going to enter your SSN to a website, then be sure to make note of the prefix used before the name of the website. If a website begins with http:// it is not a secure site. Your information can be easily stolen. Make sure the prefix is https://. The “s” stands for secure and offers a safe place to enter your personal information.

Protecting yourself from identity theft begins with being a smart consumer. You will find scammers online and offline. Use these tips to help protect yourself from being the victim of identity theft.

Identity Theft: Definitions

Identity theft can be defined as the unlawful obtaining of another person’s information in order to impersonate that person to defraud an organization. Let’s make it easier to understand. Identity theft is where a criminal steals your personal and financial information in order to purchase merchandise or loans in your name.

There are various ways a criminal might steal your personal information. Thieves can use anything from dumpster diving to email spam to steal your identity. Their methods of stealing your identity can range from simplistic easy to use methods to state of the art methods. Here are some of the simple ways criminals steal your identity.

Dumpster diving

Yes, this is exactly how it sounds. One of the easiest ways to get someone’s information is by going through their garbage. Take a minute and think about the things you throw away. You throw away credit card offers? Do you throw away financial statements? Have you ever thrown away financial statements? Do you throw your credit card bills away after paying them? Most of us do at least one of these or have thrown all of these away at some point in time. Doing this makes you an easy target of an identity thieve.

Shoulder Gazing

Often time’s people have their identity stolen by some one who was standing behind them in line at a bank ATM. This is not a flashy way to steal some one’s identity, but it is very effective. Anyone can train themselves to have a good memory. Some one with a good memory can memorize your credit or debit card number very easily.

Taking every precaution in the world cannot protect you completely. There are too many areas to have to defend yourself. Keeping your information out of the trash and hidden from the public’s view will help keep you safe from identity theft.

It is a good idea to look for divorce records when you start getting close to that special person. Divorce records are important for a few reasons. We will siacuss those reasons below.

Divorce records will have information on disputes between your lover and their former spouce. This is important because there can be an accusation of abuse by the other party. This information is crucial to your safety. If their former spouce was abused, it is a good indication you could be in harm. Do you want to enter a relationship where you know there is the possibilty of being beat by your spouce? Take the time to check. It could save your life!

The next reason to check divorce records is to see what kind of financial burden you will be inheriting. If your lover is paying child support from three marriages along with alomony, you know you are getting involved with some one who is financially strapped. This burden will spill over into your marriage in the form of stress.

You also want to know if your lover is telling the truth. Often, you will be told they were never married or they will tell you an incorrect number of past marriages. It never hurts to look into the past of the person you are going to spend your future with!

How do you search for divorce records?

It is easy and hard. You have to check records from every county your lover lived in the past. This would mean travelling to every courthouse in the county they lived in. That is not reasonable. I, as a private investigator, would usually charge $350 for this service. I found/created a resource for you to perform your own research. You can find it at http://anonrecovery.com/detective There you will be able to perform unlimited searches into the past of your lover.

I had an email from a visitor today that said he purchased a product from a website, but never recieved his merchandise. The question was “What do I do?”

In some cases this is a simple case to solve. I am going to break it down step by step so anyone with this problem can get their money back.

My client had purchased merchandise from a website, not ebay or amazon, an actual website selling physical merchandise. The website owner took his money via paypal, but didnt deliver the goods. The client waited to long to contact paypal, so paypal helping was out of question.

1st thing that should be noted is that most sales could be completed in 14 days. IF you havent recieved your goods by then, file a complaint with paypal. He didnt so let’s look at the nect step.

You can find the website’s owner and his information. I went to http://www.whois.sc/ and entered the website where he bought the goods. I immediatly found the owner’s name, email address, physical address, and phone number. Right there in 5 minutes I had everything I needed to file a police report. Not only that, I could file a police report in his county since I know where he lives.

With this information in hand you can simply contact the owner by email or phone, let him know you have his information and are filing a police report. 9 times out of 10 you will get a refund right there.

If you do not get a refund, file the police report! Sfter you file the police report file a lawsuit. Within a week you should have the website owner so scared he refunds your money.

If you need more information like a background check for date of birth or past histories of fraud CLICK HERE. You will be able to get all his information for less than $30.00 and it works great! One benefit to using that source is it will give you his family members. You can call them and ask subtle questions just so the owner knows that you are going to talk to everyone you can. The embarrassment will get you a refund!

You should get your money back %99.9 of the time using these methods. I hope this helps you.
